Isaac Osei Akoto is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. His research interests are: development economics, design and analysis of socio-economic surveys, financing and behavioural issues on health care, and economic valuation of policy interventions in social services.
