Victor Pouliquen is a PhD candidate at the Paris School of Economics. His current research focuses on social and institutional constraints faced by small firms in developing countries.

Before starting his PhD, he worked during eight years on research projects and impact evaluations on education, heath and governance in Africa and Asia with organisations such as the World Bank, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA).
