Addressing the economic challenges of COVID-19 in developing countries.

As countries strive to deal with the economic impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an urgent need for new evidence and research to improve our understanding of the economic crisis in developing countries and the appropriate policy responses.

The IGC is committed to continuing working closely with developing country governments in these uncertain and difficult times on the specific economic challenges posed by the pandemic and will continue to produce research, blogs, videos, online events, and tools to aid policymakers and researchers with developing evidence-based responses to the social and economic facets of the crisis.
