Impact
Our research, developed through long-term partnerships with policy stakeholders, feeds directly into better decision-making to support sustainable economic growth and reduce poverty. Over the last 3 years, over 400 projects and events across our partner and engagement countries significantly impacted policy discussions and/or decisions. In the last year alone, 23 projects had a direct impact on a change in policy or process across countries.

Impact case
To design transformative policies, countries can’t simply import solutions from elsewhere. Our research:
- informs decisions on changes to a specific existing policy or on the development of a new policy.
- feeds into broader economic policy strategies and high-level agenda setting.
- supports the development of better systems, processes and tools that facilitate the use of data in decision-making.
- builds capacity through research-policy partnerships
