Call for papers: Online BREAD conference on the economics of Africa

We are pleased to announce the BREAD Conference on the Economics of Africa, hosted by the International Growth Centre and co-organized with the African Economic Research Consortium, African School of Economics, and the Global Poverty Research Lab at Northwestern University. The conference will be held virtually on Zoom on 7,8,9 July 2021.

We invite submissions from interested researchers on any topic related to development economics in Africa.

We anticipate a range of presentation formats (one-hour presentations, 20-minute presentations, and 5-minute “egg-timer” talks).

The deadline for the submission of papers is Monday 10 May 2021. Only complete papers will be considered. You can submit your application here. All papers will be selected through an open submissions process.
