Behavioural insights and technology for revenue collection

The International Growth Center (IGC) in collaboration with the Consortium of Development Policy Research (CDPR) and Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED), is co-hosting a workshop on Behavioural insights and technology for revenue collection: Lessons and options.

This closed-door workshop features a comprehensive discussion to explore new mechanisms that provincial governments can adopt to enhance their revenues. It looks at issues of digitisation and willingness to pay, as well as processes for tax administration reform. The discussion also conceptualises methods for strengthening local service delivery and analyses behavioral insights on tax administration. The workshop features several IGC projects.
