Workshop: IGC Rwanda Discussion on Trade

In October 2010, Prof. Jaime de Melo (University of Geneva) and Richard Newfarmer (IGC Rwanda Country Director) undertook a diagnosis of Rwanda's trade performance as seen through the lens of international experience to raise questions about policy options. These findings were discussed with policymakers and other stakeholders at a series of presentations between October 28th and November 1st, 2010. These included a presentation to the Economic Cabinet at an event jointly organized with the IMF, and a seminar with the National Bank of Rwanda senior management team.
