Adil Saeed, currently working as Director Government Relations at CERP, is a former civil servant from Pakistan. His research interests lie in the intersection of economics, public policy and state capabilities. At CERP, he helps researchers and policymakers collaborate for research-informed policymaking to improve governance and state capabilities. His work focuses on the key sectors of education, health, and climate change. He interacts with the government officials on a regular basis to understand policy priorities and institutional challenges. He is interested in understanding how state institutions in low income countries can develop the capability to deliver good governance in an accountable way.
