Amelia has a BA in Geography and French and an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Auckland. She also has an MSc (Distinction) from the University of Oxford in Nature, Society and Environmental Policy. Prior to PhD research, she worked as a Senior Advisor for the New Zealand government and as a Sustainability Specialist for the International Hydropower Association.
