Anders Fredriksson is a Swedish development economist at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and the University of Namur, Belgium. He holds a PhD in economics from the Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES) at Stockholm University.

His research focuses on intermediaries, corruption and bureaucracy and understanding how the citizen-state interaction differs between countries.
