Andrew is a Country Economist for IGC Uganda. He holds a Masters in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona School of Economics and a bachelors from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining the IGC, Andrew worked at the International Monetary Fund and the OECD.
Andrew’s research interests include monetary policy, technology transfer and natural language processing.
