Clemens Fuest is a Programme Director at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation at Saïd Business School. He is President and Director of Science and Research of the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim. As ZEW President, he is also a Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim. He is a Research Fellow of CESifo and IZA and is a member of the Academic Advisory Board of the German Federal Ministry of Finance and of the Academic Advisory Board of Ernst and Young AG, Germany. He has a PhD in economics from the University of Cologne. Prior to Oxford, he was a lecturer at the University of Munich and a Professor of Economics at the University of Cologne.
