Cong Peng is an Assistant Professor at the National School of Development and the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development at Peking University. He received his Ph.D. from the London School of Economics in September 2019. From 2020 to 2022, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, San Diego, and the Harvard Kennedy School. He was also a Fox International Fellow at Yale University in 2014–2015. His research focuses on urban, environmental, and international trade economics, as well as the application of geospatial artificial intelligence in economics.
