David Henning

David Henning is a PhD student in Economics at UCLA. He studies topics in development and public economics, with a special emphasis on tax enforcement. Prior to joining the PhD, he worked as a research assistant in Uganda.

He holds a BSc in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
