Dr Deb Chattopadhyay leads the Power System Planning Group of the World Bank in Washington DC. He was a Director with Deloitte Australia and a Principal of Charles River Associates Asia Pacific before joining the World Bank. He holds adjunct professor appointments in University of Melbourne and University of Queensland in Australia.
