Felipe is the Senior Programme Coordinator at the International Growth Centre (IGC). Based in the IGC’s central London Hub at the LSE, Felipe leads a team of Programme Coordinators in all operational aspects of IGC programme delivery including the management of research projects and events, working with IGC country teams and leading cross-IGC workstreams to improve operational effectiveness.

Felipe holds a Master in Public Affairs in Social Public Policy and Social Innovation from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) and a BA in Economics. Before his role at the IGC, Felipe was the Senior Research and Programme Manager at the Global Disability Innovation (GDI) Hub-University College London (UCL). He has also worked as a policy consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO), in employment policy research at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland, and as Economic Opportunities Program Manager at the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C.
