Fernando Pino Magna was a Research and Policy Assistant at the International Growth Centre. He worked with the country team of Zambia on the Constituency Development Fund programme and the Economic Growth Forum organization.
He has a BSc in Economics and a Master in Economic Analysis from the University of Chile. Previously, he worked as an economist at the Financial Stability Area at the Central Bank of Chile. He is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the London School of Economics.
