Garth Frazer is an Associate Professor of Economic Analysis and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on industrial development and international trade in Africa, as well as productivity and its measurement, and has been cited by The Economist. His policy work with IGC has focused on Rwanda and Uganda.
