Greg is the Initiatives Assistant for the Cities that Work, Tax for Growth and State Fragility initiatives at IGC's London Hub. He holds a BA in Modern History with Economics from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Global Affairs at King’s College London. His dissertation topic was Chinese foreign policy in the Middle East from 2012 to 2025. Greg recently joined the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team as a Junior MEL Analyst.
