Helene Donnat is a Policy Economist for the State Fragility Initiative at the IGC Hub in London. She holds a BA in Economics and an MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge, and a Master in Economic Analysis and Policy from the Paris School of Economics.
Before joining the IGC, she worked as a Research Economist at the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth, based at the London School of Economics, where she helped local policy makers use existing evidence to improve their decision-making and evaluate their current policies. She also worked as a research assistant for researchers from the Paris School of Economics, University of Chicago and World Bank on several projects relating to international development.
