His prior roles include serving as a consultant senior Economist at the Institute for Governance Reform in Sierra Leone, Admin and Finance Supervisor at Syntec Company Limited, and Admin and Finance Manager at Bale Logistics Company. He also worked as an Auditor at Moore Stephens in Sierra Leone.
In addition to his practical industry experience, Justice is an esteemed academic staff member at the University of Sierra Leone, where he imparts knowledge in various subjects such as Mathematics for Social Sciences, Elements of Economics, Commerce Theory and Practice, Business Finance, Business Strategy, and Agricultural Economics. As a prolific author, he has made significant contributions to the academic landscape through numerous articles and textbooks.
