Shahnaz Arshad

Shahnaz Arshad is the Senior Urban Specialist at the World Bank, based in Islamabad. She has been employed by the World Bank for over two decades during which she has served as the team leader for several projects, including the FATA Urban Centres Project and the Punjab Municipal Services Improvement Project. She has a master’s degree in architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and BSc from University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore.
