Weizeng Sun is a Research Fellow at the Hang Lung Center for Real Estate, and a PhD candidate in the Department of Construction Management at Tsinghua University, China. He has published in Regional Science and Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Regional Science, and Transportation Research A. His research interests include urban economics and real estate market in China.
