Yves Bella Rwego is a Junior Programme Officer at the International Growth Centre (IGC) Rwanda country office. He holds a BSC in Business Economics from the Uganda Martyrs University. Prior to joining the IGC, Yves worked as Communication Expert Consultant for GIZ Rwanda and Economist for TradeMark East Africa embedded within the Ministry of Trade and Industry Rwanda on both roles. His worked focused managing an awareness campaign for the African Continental Free Trade Area project, supporting on the development of the national industrial policy, coordinating government incentive mechanisms for the private sector, and conducting market analysis for trade and industry related issues in particular on the COVID-19 pandemic.
