Gavin McGillivray

Gavin McGillivray is head of the DFID (now FCDO) Office in India. Gavin was previously head of DFID’s office in Burma since June 2013 and before that was based in DFID’s London office where he headed DFID’s Private Sector Department, Global Funds and Development Finance Institutions Department and International Financial Institutions Department. He was the UK Director on the Boards of GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation) (2007-09) and UNITAID (2007-10). From 2003 to 2013, Gavin was responsible for DFID’s oversight of CDC Group plc and PIDG (Private Infrastructure Development Group).
