Josh was a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at the IGC Hub. Prior to joining the IGC, Josh was part of the Monitoring and Reporting Hub for the HMG Prosperity Fund, where he worked on MEL tools and data collection for anti-corruption, low-carbon energy and economic growth programmes. He has also worked on evaluations and research projects for The British Council, VSO and FCDO. Josh has country experience in Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Cambodia and Myanmar and holds a MSc in Sustainable Development and the Environment from UCL and a BA in Social Policy from the University of York.
