Masooma Habib is a Research Fellow at the Consortium of Development Policy Research and the lead Principal Investigator on the IGC research study "Improving Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Accountability in Schools." She has a Doctorate in Education Policy & Administration from George Washington University and a Masters in Economics from McGill University. She has been an Associate Professor at the Lahore School of Economics, a consultant at the World Bank and a Research Assistant at George Washington University. Her research interests include education governance, school choice and contract teachers.
