Roland Sekaziga

Roland Sekaziga is the Managing Director of ESL. Roland has over 13 years of experience in the planning and engineering industry. He has been involved in the critical elements of the project development cycle that include: concept formulation, planning, engineering, appraisal, implementation, investment and project financing, and transaction advisory. Roland holds a BSc civil engineering degree and an MSc in energy from Heriot Watt University.
