Dilip Mookherjee works on a combination of theoretical and empirical topics related to inequality, development, political economy and organisations. Current empirical projects include local governments, political clientelism, financial development, community networks, entrepreneurship and marketing supply chains in Asia. Theoretical topics include corruption, automation and globalisation.
