Mahreen Mahmud obtained her Bsc (Hons) in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan and MSc in Finance and Economics from the University of Warwick. Mahreen worked as a Research and Teaching Fellow at the Centre for Research in Economics and Business at the Lahore School of Economics in Pakistan from 2009 to 2012. She has also worked as a consultant for Innovations for Poverty Action.
