Rayner Tabetando

Rayner Tabetando is a development economist with interest in applied microeconometrics. Rayner holds a PhD  from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies. In the past, he has worked as a  research fellow at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and  served as research assistant at JICA research institute in Tokyo. Rayner most recently worked as a research analyst at Laterite, Rwanda.
