Rory Hardie is a Country Economist for IGC Zambia. Rory leads IGC Zambia’s engagements in Energy, Environment, and Cities. Rory holds an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford. Before joining the IGC Zambia team, Rory worked as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Andrews and as an Analyst in Financial Services Consulting.
