Katherine Casey is a Research Programme Director for the IGC State Research Programme Director.

Katherine Casey is the RoAnn Costin Professor of Political Economy at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.  Her research focuses on improving governance and stimulation local economic development in low-income states.
