Seneshaw Tamru is a Senior Country Economist at IGC-Ethiopia. He holds a PhD in Economics from KU Leuven. He specializes in Development Economics. In the past, he has worked for the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and the Ethiopian Policy Studies Institute (PSI). Seneshaw has over 15 years of research experience on the Ethiopian economy. His research interests include development economics, agricultural value chains, markets and price analysis, applied micro-econometrics, and CGE based macro-economics.
